David and his team did a fantastic job selling my residence. I retired and left town the same day in mid-June. The Estate Sale team he recommended moved in that morning to start staging for the sale. Unfortunately, I had a slab water leak several days later and the sale was canceled. David brought in a licensed plumber who found and fixed the leak. David’s flooring contractor came in to remove the ruined carpet, prepped the floor and installed vinyl flooring and new carpeting. His painting contractor repaired the walls where the plumber breached to find the leak, and painted the ground floor. I accepted a full price plus $1K cash offer the day after the open house, and after agreeing to include a home warranty, closed on the sale less than two months after I left Addison.
