David knows Addison, and the Addison real estate market.

If you’re selling your home in Addison the David Heape Group is the realtor to hire. Sold my home in less than 2 weeks & at full price!

Jacqueline Nichols

David was a pleasure to work with but MORE importantly he got us a record $$$ amount for our condo in our community. All the future sellers should thank him (and use him). We closed today and are thrilled at the outcome.
