DAVID HEAPE

David Heape has been a part of the Addison community his entire life, going back to the 1980’s starting first grade at TCA on Addison following several years at Parish. Having lived in Addison Circle, and owning multiple homes around the Addison Athletic Club, David understands the community deeply from the perspective of a buyer with lifelong perspective on area amenities.  David has served on various Addison committees and was elected by residents to serve on the Addison City Council.  He was the council liaison to the Addison Airport, and Addison’s three schools – Greenhill, Trinity Christian Academy & George Bush Elementary.  He was recognized by the MetroCrest Chamber of Commerce as Addison’s Rising Star, winner of Addison Magazine’s Readers Choice Award Favorite Agent.
